From an existing project, open the EDIT menu and select Team Project -> Convert Project to Team Project...
Change the name of the project if needed and click Edit... to invite your group members
Type their name in the Name or Email field and give it a moment for a selection to appear, then click Invite
After inviting your group member, Select the Ingest Settings and tick Enabled we recommend Copy and Create Proxies
Proxy files are lower resolution copies of your original footage for making editing faster (which is great for laptops), your final render of the project automatically uses the original full quality footage.
Note: When you add content to the project it will need time to both upload the files to Creative Cloud (Online)
Creating proxy files will also take time to render and upload, you can check the progress in Media Encoder which will start automatically when you add any content (You can still work on the project while this is happening, but if it's incomplete you won't be able to access the files anywhere but where you put the original footage).
