(Group Leader) Premiere Pro - Team Project - Media Sharing

Sharing Team Project Media

If you converted an existing project to a Team Project and already had content, it would have already begun ingesting, skip to Sharing Creative Cloud files half way down this page

If you have a new project, before we can share files with your group member, we will need to add some content to share

Select or drag some content into your Team Project, Video, Audio, Picture etc

Automatically Media Encoder will pop up and begin 'Ingesting', it is best to leave Encoder open the whole time you work in Premiere

Note: You can continue to the next step while it is still ingesting, both the original footage and the proxy files will need time to upload especially if you have a loot of footage

Sharing Creative Cloud files

While that is running, open Creative Cloud Files located in Windows Explorer

You should now see a folder with the name of your Team Project and the files beginning to sync as they are ingested

Note: The Green Tick on the project folder indicates all the content has synced successfully to the cloud

Now the media is beginning to upload to Creative Cloud, you can share the project files with your group member

Double click on the Icon below or go to this link to share - https://assets.adobe.com/files

If prompted, login to Creative Cloud with any email address ending with @woodvale.wa.edu.au as you normally would and select Company or School Account

Note: If you are logging in at home, you may be prompted for your school username and password, eg jsmitt16 - the same as your laptop

Under Synced files, select the ...  next to the name of the folder (Your Team Project name) then Share, Invite

Under Add People search the name of your Group member and click Invite.
