(Group Leader) Premiere Pro - New Team Project

    Creating and sharing a new Team Project in Premiere Pro

    Click New Team Project...



    Give your project a name then click Edit... to invite your group members


    In the Name or Email: field, type in your group members name, give it a moment for a selection to appear then click Invite



    Important: For the files to be automatically synced between group members we need to turn on Ingest Settings.


    First, click Ingest Settings along the top of the New Team Project window

    We recommend using Copy and Create Proxies, the defaults should be to your Creative Cloud Files

    What are proxy files?
    They are lower resolution versions of your original footage to allow faster editing, this is Adobe's recommendation to use with high resolution footage (1080p - 4K+) or laptops
