Signing into the services will redirect students to the Department of Education's Sign On system.
The username format for students with the Department is firstname.lastname like the screenshot below, sometimes followed by a number if there is another student in WA with the same name. Do not include the @student.education.wa.edu.au when signing in here
The username and password for these do not synchronise with Woodvale Secondary College's systems eg, changing your school laptop password does not effect your DOE account.
To make it easier to remember, you can change your password to match your laptop, after logging into connect, in the upper right hand corner look for the Change Password link, like the image below
