Opening Shared Team Project

Open Premiere Pro and select Open Team Project, you should then see the shared Team Project, highlight it and click Open

Syncing Changes

When either you our your group member make changes, the following buttons are for syncing changes (Similar to Saving)

When you make changes Click Share my Changes 

When your group member makes changes, sync them to yourself by Clicking Get Latest Changes
